"Pretty much what I expected from the delivery"
I’m still waiting for my order and the updates have been basically useless. I already had a feeling the delivery process was going to be a mess, and this pretty much confirmed it. Every time I check for info, there’s nothing helpful, so at this point I’m just not surprised.

"Nice Spa, Fill Time Could Be Better"
Ordered from relaxspaandbath.com, and my snap judgment when it showed up was positive. The tub looks great, feels solid, and does what it’s supposed to do without any fuss.
The fill time is okay, just not exactly quick. It’s not a dealbreaker, but you do have to think ahead a bit before you plan to get in. I’m giving it 4 stars because I wish it filled faster, but overall I’m still happy with it.

I’m not too happy with the hydrotherapy. The jets felt really weak and kind of uneven, actually more like sitting in a regular bath than getting any kind of relaxing massage. The pressure also dropped after a few minutes, which made it even more frustrating. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy from relaxspaandbath.com again

so the tub is comfortable to sit in overall, but I do wish the back support was a little better.

I was actually excited to try it at first, but that changed fast. Once I started looking around, the customization options felt really limited, and I kept thinking, “Wait, that’s it?” It just didn’t give me much room to make things feel personal

"Install took way longer than I expected"
The installation ended up taking way too long and it got annoying because I was waiting around thinking it would be done sooner and then it just kept dragging on, overall it worked out but the delay was definitely frustrating.

"Keeps the water warm"
I was actually surprised how well this keeps the water warm. It definitely stayed warm longer than my old tub, which was nice because I didn’t have to keep adding hot water. So yeah, happy with it

"Support helped, but it took a bit"
I ordered from relaxspaandbath.com and ended up needing to reach out to support after my delivery. They did get back to me and sorted out my question, so that was good, but it took a few days and I had to follow up once. Not a bad experience overall, just wish they were a little quicker.

"Frustrating to Use, Especially With Accessibility Needs"
I tried using the site with my keyboard and screen reader, and it was a pain. The menus kept acting weird, some buttons didn’t have helpful labels, and a few sections of text were hard to make sense of. On top of that, I ended up waiting in a queue for ages, which just made the whole experience even more annoying. I got so frustrated that I gave up before buying anything...

"Pretty frustrating to use on my phone"
I went on relaxspaandbath.com to look around for some bath stuff, but using the site on my phone was kind of a pain. The pages felt slow, and a few things didn’t load right away, which got annoying FAST.
The menu wasn’t super obvious to me either, so I ended up tapping around way more than I expected just to find basic info. Everything also felt a little cramped on mobile, like it wasn’t really made for scrolling comfortably on a smaller screen.
Maybe the site is better on a desktop, but from my phone it was just frustrating. I ended up giving up before buying anything because I didn’t want to deal with it anymore.

"Felt like they just hoped I wouldn’t notice"
The place didn’t feel properly cleaned when I got there, and there were a few broken things that still hadn’t been fixed. It kind of seemed like they did the bare minimum and figured guests would just let it slide. Not the worst stay ever, but definitely disappointing.

The tub arrived cracked, which was frustrating enough on its own. I reached out thinking it would be a simple fix, but it felt like every time I provided what they asked for, there was suddenly another step or requirement. The goalposts just kept moving, and in the end I still didn’t feel like anyone was actually trying to help

Ordering wasn’t too hard, but the checkout part felt kind of awkward for some reason. The updates also took longer than I expected, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. It worked out in the end, just not the smoothest experience.

Maybe I missed something, but I didn’t see much about shut-off features or whether there were any slip concerns. It just made me a little uneasy, so I decided not to go through with it

"Sales process felt more frustrating than it needed to be"
The whole sales process was confusing, i left feeling a bit talked down to at times. I was just trying to get clear answers, but the way things were explained made me feel like I should’ve already known everything. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.

I wasn’t really happy with how my order went. The website itself looked nice enough, but the whole process felt slower than I expected and a bit frustrating. The updates weren’t very clear, so I ended up having to follow up myself, which was annoying. "Warranty didn’t really help"
I tried going through the warranty when this thing started acting up, but it didn’t get me anywhere. It works when it wants to, and somehow every issue I brought up was “not covered.” Frustrating experience overall.
"Spa pump got fixed, but the process took some patience"
I had them come out to repair my spa pump, and overall the actual repair part went fine. The technician was polite, easy to talk to, and seemed like he knew what he was doing, which made me feel better about having him work on it.
The part that tested my patience was the scheduling. My appointment got moved once, and I ended up having to call for updates instead of hearing from them first. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it did make the whole thing feel more drawn out than it needed to be.
In the end, the spa is working again, and I’m grateful for that because it reminded me how much I actually missed being able to use it. The price felt a little high for the time spent, so I’d say it was a decent experience overall, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.
